Hide AdJones put Traf ahead after the interval with a cracking shot with the outside of his foot, but Newlands drew level when Ryan Cooper was fouled in the area and Shem Atkinson converted the spot-kick.
Glendinning restored the lead for Traf when he nipped in to head the ball before keeper Callum Myers could claim it.
Jones’ spectacular half-volley confirmed the three-point haul for the away side.
Trafalgar Reserves player-boss Mikey Barker said: “This was probably our toughest game of the season, due to the poor quality of the playing surface and the high quality of the opposition as Newlands had the likes of Ryan Cooper and Callum Myers in their line-up.
