North Yorkshire star Willis ready for big trials date
The 15-year-old attacking midfielder, who plays for Eastfield Juniors in the Minor League, was originally recommended for a trial by Craig Farrell after the Graham teacher was impressed with his ability and attitude.
And after shining in a number of games for the North Yorkshire squad, the Manchester United fan is now awaiting September’s trial for the new school year.

He said: “I didn’t know anyone, so it took a bit of time, but I’m really enjoying it.
“Mr Farrell put me forward and I’ve played quite a few games for them since then.
“I started by playing in four matches, two against Cumbria and then one each against Cleveland and Durham.

“We now have a trial in September and I’m hoping to do enough to play for North Yorkshire for another year.”
