Another new case of coronavirus confirmed, taking the total in Scarborough borough to 570
and live on Freeview channel 276
The latest case, which brings the borough’s total since the start of the pandemic to 570, was recorded on Thursday but was only revealed in figures released yesterday afternoon.
It follows a case added on Saturday that was backdated to Wednesday last week.

Hide AdThe data includes tests carried out in hospitals and also Pillar 2 tests, which is anyone tested at one of the mobile sites in the borough or sent a test to take at home.
It means Scarborough’s seven-day infection rate has increased slightly to 0.3 from 0.1.
