Headlands School’s delight at outstanding GCSE success
Headteacher Sarah Bone said: “After an astonishingly challenging few months for our Year 11s, the last week has been both bewildering and stressful for anyone associated with secondary schools in England.
“As a result, we have made the decision over the weekend not to publish the headline school figures.

Hide Ad“Instead, we will focus solely on outstanding successes which were secured by many students.”

Mrs Bone added: “We are also proud to report that over 50% of the Year 11 cohort will now return to our successful sixth form on Wednesday, September 9 at 1pm. Very limited places are still available in certain subjects.
